The End of Winter

These were taken during the last days of winter. Although winter did make a valiant attempt last week, the snow was melting so fast, it was rain when it hit the ground. It's over. Spring is here again, and the world is about to erupt in beautiful colours.
The batteries are charged, the memory cards are empty and me and my camera are ready! Let the days of life come!

Cold, Dead Winter
|

Updated!
My wife and I went up to Port Perry this past weekend. We drove straight there -- didn't stop until we get there. We were hungry. Lunch was good. Tuna sandwich, scones, homemade strawberry jam and Earl Grey tea.
On our way back, we stopped on the roadside a few times. I took these. My wife hasn't posted her's online as yet.

Downtown for Coffee

My wife and I were out and about last weekend in the bitter cold. We went down to Toronto's Distillery District for a cup of coffee. Froze our butts off; took some pictures; and came back home.
Some of these were taken by my wife -- but she didn't care to put them on her site. I thought the world should see them.
